Hello blog readers, WE ARE BACK!We didnt forget about about writing to you all but Mum was being greedy with the laptop... ONLY KIDDING! It has just been because of how busy the last weeks on the holidays and first weeks of school have been.

 Drop and I have done lots of fun things, we went to legoland, we laughed at Mum carrying our bag of wet clothes home and ending up looking like she had had a "accident" it was SO funny and we promise to tell you all about it soon.

 For now we just wanted to show you our fish Cola and Irn Bru. Cola is the black moor infront of the log. He is really sweet and follows you when you walk round the tank and the big trouble maker peeking from behind the divers helmet is Irn Bru. Irn Bru is a much more naughty fish and had just swam so fast into the no fishing sign it fell over. . . He never learns!

Drip says Mum said we have to go to bed now but I promise to come speak to you all soon, cola and Irn Bru asked me to tell you all good night, and remember . . .

Drip and Drop.

My name is Esme but for this blog my nickname will be Drip, I am 10 years old and about to start year 6. I have a little sister Evie who we will nickname Drop. Drop is 7 and about to start year 3. Because everyone thinks I am ‘too young’ to have our own house we live with our parents and Mum just got a new job, its quite cool because we get to do things like this to help out and it’s for a company called 

Save Water Save Money. 

When Mum started working at save water save money it made me and drop realise how much water we use every day and it is quite a lot . 

We use water to run a bath ,have a shower,brush our teeth ,to cook dinner,to do the washing up,to wash our hands and to fill up our fish tank we have cool fish a tiny black moor called Cola and the big gold fish is Irn Bru but we sometimes call him Ginger because we are Scottish and in Scotland lots of people say they want a bottle of ginger instead of saying Irn Bru .

Now it is the summer holidays me and drop go to an activity centre when the big people in our house work we some times get to have water fights. I think it is a waste of water, but to much fun to not do so next time we have a water fight I am going to suggest we do it on the grass so the grass can get some watering, then it isn’t really being wasted then, isit?. 

Hi I’m Drop and Drip has told you enough about her so it’s time to focus on Drop so just don’t  pay any attention to Drip, I don’t.

When I am in the shower I use a special timer Mum brought us home from work it is either 4/5 minutes and it saves a lot of water,I used to stand in the shower for hours and hours and hours while all this water was going down the plug hole and my favourite game was sliding on the slippy bath bottom I like to use the shower head as a microphone as well but its more fun when you have turned the shower off already because I don’t get as much water up my nose and in my eyes then. Now that mum has brought this timer home I race to beat it, its my new game. (it is a lot of fun) . 

I used to take books into the bath and I once went in with my socks on, it felt really disgusting, that was before I tried to stop wasting water, maybe the water tried to waste my socks and books by making them all soggy because I was wasting so much water 

saving water is very important .over in some countries people have to walk miles just to get some water so we are very lucky over here. I bet you wouldn’t believe that some of those countries really have more water than us just no way to clean it and get it out taps but its true I read it earlier when I was trying to find interesting fact to write about here but we will tell you all about those next time. 

We will be writing new things here every couple of days or every day if something exciting happens and hope you all come back to read it or we will really be like talking to our selves and everyone says that’s a sign of craziness.
